Top-notch quality, perfected in every detail

Let's take a look at this rendering.

The room renderings from the design team look amazing,

but half of what we actually need to source is hidden and not visible in the images.

>>>What’s the problem with this picture?

In this picture, the cabinet is mostly covered.

But to actually make this cabinet, we need to confirm way more than that:

  • Size: Should the nightstand be level with the mattress or a bit higher? You can’t tell the exact relationship from the rendering. Even a 2cm difference changes how guests feel using it.
  • Material: It looks like wood veneer in the render, but is it matte finish or semi-open lacquer? Is the grain horizontal or vertical?
  • Edge & joint detail: Does it sit tight against the headboard, have a gap, or is it integrated? This completely changes the production process.
  • Functional details: Are there drawers? Are there cutouts for charging ports? None of this shows in the render.
>>>How did we do it?

Our approach was to take this rendering and go through three rounds of work:

  • Round 1: Reverse calculation from the drawings
We used the standard bed size in the renderings as a reference to work backward and figure out the nightstand’s height, width, and depth, getting a preliminary size range.

  • Round 2: Cross-checking
We pulled in drawings from other angles, floor plans, and elevations provided by the design team, then compared them one by one, piecing together all visible information.

  • Round 3: Proactive confirmation
We made a list of remaining unclear details, like joint details, functional cutouts, hardware specifications — and confirmed each item with the design team.

A single guest room probably has over 40 items to source.

A cabinet is just one of them.

If you hand everything over to just one team, the project timeline simply won’t allow it.

You need an experienced team that knows how to extract a complete set of production requirements from a half-obscured image.
